ISLAMABAD (Monitoring Desk) The second wave of Corona virus is rapidly increasing across the country, adding to the concerns of citizens. According to the details, 71 deaths from Corona virus have been reported across the country over the last 24 hours, while 2545 new cases of Corona virus have been reported. After which the death toll increased to 9,080. The number of confirmed cases of second wave of Corona virus in Pakistan was 448,522. According to the latest figures from the National Command and Operations Center, 2,545 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
1,29,292 cases have been reported in Punjab. 1,99,706 cases in Sindh, 53,609 cases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 17,838 cases in Balochistan, 4,805 cases in Gilgit-Baltistan, 35,440 cases in Islamabad and 7,833 cases in Azad Kashmir. 3,491 in Punjab, 3,237 in Sindh, 1,502 in Khyber Pakhtunkh, 381 in Islamabad, 176 in Balochistan, 99 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 194 in Azad Kashmir. Nationally, the rate of positive cases of corona virus increased to 7.12 percent.

More than 52.36 million Corona virus patients have recovered worldwide and more than 258,000 are getting treatment.
