Supreme Court give great relef to Shahbaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD (Monitoring Desk) The Supreme Court dismisses NAB ‘s request to include in ECL the name of Shahbaz Sharif. A two-member bench led by Supreme Court Justice Mushir Alam heard NAB ‘s appeal to include Shahbaz Sharif’s name in the ECL, according to private television. The NAB held the view that, due to suspicious activity, Shahbaz Sharif performed corruption. Suspicious activities do not fall under the heading of corruption, Justice Muneeb Akhtar observed.

The court has described anti-money laundering laws in Justice Faiz Isa’s case. The immigration ban on Shahbaz Sharif was unlawful at the time of the High Court order. The NAB said there was a great deal of improvement in the event. Justice Muneeb Akhtar said that when the order was issued by the High Court , the court had to look into the situations. The bench rejected the NAB’s application after a short hearing.
