Public prosecutors, however, protested to the Challan officers. A case of shouting slogans and abusing holiness at Mazar-e-Quaid was heard in the Karachi City Court, according to reports. Police addressed the case with an interim challan. Maryam Nawaz was declared a fugitive by the police in Challan. The investigative officer said that several times the petitioner wanted to contact the case but did not report the statement. State prosecutors have protested to the Challan officers. Where the officer claimed that the name of Ghulam Akbar, the head of the Mazar keyboard as a witness, was not included in the challan, 3 days should be given to delete the objections to the challan.
